All u have to do with these zip file
1.Extract the compressed folder
2.copy the files in the folder
eg:-open the folder and copy the file in it and paste it in to my doctuments\gta sanandreas user files
3.then u r promted to replace the old file then click on yes
4.Now start the game and look in the saved game wheater the file named 555 at a tip exist if yes u done it
Now play from thereAll u have to do is simply copy these saved game files to mydoctuments--->GTA sanandreas user files and paste there replace the existing files,Then u will get new levels.
